Job Rotation: At Bronzeville Coffee House, we believe that no member of the team is ready to lead unless he/she has been exposed to all facets of the café operations. Keeping this in mind you will be rotated through the various sections at the café. We expect you to learn from this experience and groom yourself to be mangers of tomorrow.

You can join as a Team Member with us. You are the “Brand Ambassador” of Bronzeville Coffee House. Main responsibilities include Customer Service, Opening and Closing Café Duties, Cashiering and Cold Coffee Production / Food Service. Full-time as well as part-time positions are available.

Hotel Management Graduates:
Operations Trainee Program

You can join us as a Team Member and grow up to become an Operations trainee with us. Main responsibilities include Customer Service, Opening and Closing Café Duties, Cashiering and Cold Coffee Production / Food Service. Apart from this you would also be put on the Operations Trainee program, which is an intensive fast track program providing you with an opportunity to move a step higher in your career ladder and become an Assistant Café Manager.

Retail Management Trainee Program
Bronzeville Coffee House recruits from good Hotel Management institutes across the country for the retail management trainee program, which is a 1-year comprehensive and well-thought out training program aiming at developing individuals to grow into multi-skilled professionals in the F&B Retail Industry.
On successful completion of the training period, you will get confirmed into positions of responsibility for a city or a region in an area of specialization. This is compounded with very competitive salaries and an excellent growth trajectory.

Team members, Retail Management trainees and Operations trainees would be exposed to a variety of training programs to help them develop their skills and competencies like:

Train the trainer:
We train the trainer on various Standard Operating Procedures and soft skills like communication skills, time management, quality management, team skills, leadership and training skills. The designated trainers will handle training for new recruits and existing team members.

Brew master’s training:
The team members who have a flair for making good coffee, quality espresso and generally have a passion for the nuances of coffee quality and taste are selected for Brew Master’s training. After the successful completion of the training, they would be certified by our Food & Beverages department.

Trainer Brew master:
We select brew master on the basis of their skills at coffee brewing and other beverages too. A Brew Master is an expert at coffee making, training new and existing employees and carrying out F&B audits at the café level.

Graduates with over 2 years work experience (preferably Hotels/F&B retail/Retail) You can join us as an assistant café manager or café manager depending on your qualification and work experience. Here you will be in charge of an outlet, handling all activities for smooth operations, which include Customer service, Food, Coffee, Inventory Management, Maintaining Accounting records and reports, leading a team, training & motivating the team. You are responsible for achieving sales and P&L targets at the café level.

Graduates with more than 4 years of work ex (preferably Hotels/F&B retail/Retail) You can become an Area Manager where you will be handling overall operations of a cluster of cafes (4-10) in geography with overall responsibility for sales, profitability, people development and un-interrupted operations of all the cafes in your area.

MBA

Bronzeville Coffee House recruits MBA Students for the Management Trainee Program, which is typically one-year in length, and is designed to give tremendous breadth of experience and hands-on training. You would be exposed to different functional areas as this program is rotational in nature and combines hands-on work experience coupled with assignments.
